Use the app to place an order. Select the location of your car and a timeslot between 13:00 and 20:00.

Your car is in safe hands
Leave the fuel flap slightly ajar before you lock your car so we can access the fuel tank. We will close the fuel flap safely as soon as we have fueled your car.

Enjoy your day
We work safely and in the background so you can enjoy your day.

Pay safely in the app
The price per liter is based on the average per liter price of Euro 95 and Diesel of all fuel sites in the service area plus a service fee of € 3,95 per order.

At the moment we are running a pilot in the following neighborhoods and zip codes in Rotterdam, The Netherlands:
- Overschie (zip codes 3042 and 3043)
- Park Zestienhoven (zip code 3045)
- Hillegersberg Zuid (zip code 3051)
- Nieuw Terbregge (zip code 3056)
- De Van Nellefabriek

In certain locations in our service area we cannot deliver fuel. For example, underground parking lots or streets with a tram or metro line.

What services does Shell TapUp offer?
At the moment you can order a full tank of Shell FuelSave Euro 95 and Shell FuelSave Diesel. We are working hard to extend our products and services.

How does it work:

- Open the app and register your account
- Via your license plate we can always locate your car and know what fuel type your car uses. We match the license plate with vehicle data from a public database of the Dutch Department of Motor Vehicles (Rijksdienst voor het Wegverkeer - RDW).
- Select the location of your car in the app and pick the timeslot when you want us to come by to deliver a full tank.
- Add your credit card or direct debit details. Upon ordering we will pre-authorize your payment, but actual payment takes place after the order is completed.
- After you confirm your order you can track the status of your order in the app.
- Our Shell TapUp team will safely fuel your car at its location
- The total bill consists of the price for fuel and our service fee plus the applicable taxes.
- Once the order is completed you can rate our service in the app. The receipt will be sent to you via e-mail.
